Acceptance

By using optrash.com, creating an account, or ordering residential service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or order service.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with the operation of the Site; submit false or misleading information through any form; or use automated means to scrape or harvest content.

Residential service

Service is available only at addresses we confirm are in an active service area. A local provider performs collection and cart delivery. Requested start and pickup dates may change until we confirm them by email. You are responsible for canceling any prior waste service.

Payment and cancellation

Residential plans are prepaid using the payment method selected at checkout. The price, billing period, processing fee, and applicable cancellation or refund terms are displayed before payment. You authorize Op Trash and its payment processor to charge the amount shown. Email support@optrash.com before your next billing period to request a service change or cancellation.

Account and communications

Keep your email address current and protect emailed sign-in codes. Service, payment, and ticket notices are delivered by email. We do not use SMS for residential service updates.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Op Trash, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Any savings estimates or figures shown on the Site are illustrative only and not a guarantee of future results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Op Trash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
